Description
The Green Room is Independent Secondary school in Not applicable for kids aged 11 to 25 (Gender - 11 to 25). The Green Room Foundation is a charity that runs The Green Room School in Windsor (GRW), The Green Room School in Kingsley (GRK) and The Green Room Sixth Form in Windsor (GR6), for young people who can no longer access mainstream education. Using a combination of therapeutic, academic, creative and physical education, they aim to significantly change the lives of our pupils and their families, to start a path to a better life.
Facilities
The Green Room enjoys a full time membership for all pupils at the Windsor Leisure Centre. The pupils have full access to the swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor sports facilities including football, basketball, tennis and dance studio. The strong link between The Green Room and The Leisure Centre has enabled to deliver excellent sporting opportunities for all of pupils. For outdoor games and large group activities they use the local park and frequently make trips to Windsor town centre and The Great Park. They also have own allotment which the pupils tend to, plus a drama studio with facilities for lighting and sound, and a workshop to learn and practice vocational skills.

The mission is to build confidence in learning and self awareness, and pupils can enjoy everything that The Green Room Schools have to offer. Pupils have access to animals, gardening, art, sport, therapy, English and Maths and Science. The Green Room can help reignite a passion for learning and provide a springboard back into full time education, either in mainstream or full time alternatives like The Green Room Schools.
