QES SEND
The Learning Support Department plays a very special role that’s right at the heart of our school. It includes a team of over 20 staff who are dedicated to supporting students in many ways, from one-to-one help to work with small groups. The aim is to help students develop socially and emotionally, as well as academically, and to enjoy their time at QES. Music Tuition
Music plays a vital role in the lives of all students whether they perform or not and it is integral to life at QES. They have had more than the fair share of talented musicians pass through the school with many going on to become professional musicians. You will find ex QES students in the West End (London, not Morecambe!) and some have even graced the music charts.Learning an instrument isn’t just about becoming a professional musician, however. Learning music opens up many opportunities as many educational establishments and workplaces value the creativity and team spirit garnered from taking part in many of the musical opportunities to be found at QES
