Newham Leisure Centre is a large and modern sports and fitness venue offering facilities for all ages. It features two swimming pools, a refurbished gym and a wide range of classes and activities. The centre is designed to support fitness, family fun and community sport in one convenient place.

Soft play sessions start at £3.50 for under 2s and £7.00 for over 2s, while swimming and gym prices vary for non-members, residents and concession users. Soft play party packages are available, including shared use for £135 (up to 10 children) and exclusive use for £585 (up to 30 children).

Gym: Our air-conditioned gym is home to a variety of fitness equipment suitable for those just starting out or those looking to progress on their health and fitness journey. Choose from 62 programmable cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and a dedicated stretching area. You'll also find fitness aids such as swiss balls and much more.
Fitness Class Studios: The main studio is home to a variety of fitness classes ranging from Mind & Body, Strength & Conditioning to Cardio and Dance. The mirrored walls will help you perfect your technique and both studios benefit from air conditioning for your comfort . A range of equipment is available for each class where required including weights, steps and mats.
Swimming: Our main 25 metre pool has 6 lanes and is home to our fitness and swim for all sessions alongside our popular aqua classes. The teaching pool is a shallow pool ideal for parents with young children and swimming beginners. The pools benefit from changing rooms on the pool side and accessible changing areas are available. Pool Pods are also available to assist with pool access for those who require it.
Soft Play: Your vibrant, purpose-built soft play is now open, offering children a fun, safe and stimulating place to play, discover, and embark on exciting adventures. Multi-level play structures featuring slides, tunnels, and climbing activities. Dedicated toddler and baby area (for under 2s) with equipment tailored to their needs. Ball pits and sensory zones designed to spark imagination and creativity. Fully padded, secure flooring throughout for added safety and peace of mind.
Group Cycling Studio: Our dedicated Group Cycling studio is fully air-conditioned, to keep you cool whilst working up a sweat. With 17 bike stations avaialble, you'll be able to choose and adjust your own level of resistance during each track and ensure that your workout is perfect for your individual fitness levels, whilst enjoying the fast-paced class.
