The centre includes a 25m, 6-lane main pool, a teaching pool and four fun water slides, plus sessions such as Swim for All, Swim for Fitness and parent-and-baby swims. The fully equipped Technogym gym features cardio, resistance, free weights and a dedicated women-only area. Visitors can also enjoy an indoor sports hall with badminton, basketball, volleyball and football, fitness studios for Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Group Cycle, and a creche for under-5s.

Swimming starts from £6.50 for adults, £2.00 for juniors, and concessions from £1.40. Gym access begins at £10.50 for adults, £4.60 for juniors, with cheaper resident and off-peak options available. Soft play is £5.00 for juniors, and membership plans start from £36.00–£72.00 per month depending on access level.

Gym: Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights, dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls. We also host a dedicated women-only area.
Swimming Pool: There are two pools in the centre. The main pool is 25 metres long, with 6 lanes and changing rooms accessible via pool side. The teaching pool perfect for our swim lessons and parent and baby swims. There's also 4 water slides for those after some more fun sessions. All pools are accessible by family changing, accessible changing plus spectator seating on poolside.
Sports Hall: Our sports hall is a multi-sport arena featuring 4 badminton courts, 1 football court, 2 basketball courts and 2 volleyball courts. It can also be used as a venue for events, subject to availability.
Fitness Class Studio: Our main fitness studio is perfect for group exercise classes, with a capacity of up to 40 participants. The studio is equipped with steps, mats, studio bars with weights and dumbbells to fit the various classes offered. The outstanding sound system enhances any studio activity making our classes an enjoyable, immersive experience. A fitness studio dedicated to hosting our popular Group Cycle classes with 16 GX bikes, available for all sessions.
Creche: Our Creche for under 5's gives you the chance to take part in leisure activities, knowing your children are well-cared for. Our creche has a a maximum stay of up to 2 hours.
