London Aquatics Centre in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is an iconic venue that hosted the 2012 Games and now welcomes the public for world-class swimming, diving, fitness, and events. With its striking design by Zaha Hadid, it offers cutting-edge facilities for both beginners and professionals.

The centre boasts three pools – a 50m competition pool, a 50m training pool, and a dedicated diving pool with platforms from 1m to 10m. Families and fitness fans can enjoy swimming sessions, diving lessons, fitness classes, and a 100-station gym. Special features include a dry diving training facility, fitness studios, and the fun Atlantis Inflatable sessions.

Prices start from £7.30 for adult swims off-peak, £7.90 peak, and gym sessions from £15. Atlantis Inflatable sessions are available from £12 for adults and £9 for juniors. Venue hire is also available for clubs, parties, filming, and special events.

  • Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Park, either by train, underground, bus or cycle. London Aquatics Centre is in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 2AQ  It’s best to use public transport when coming to and from the centre. There are fantastic transport links via train, underground, overground, bus and even bicycle.
  • The Elizabeth Line, Central and Jubilee underground lines, London Overground and Network Rail all stop at Stratford Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from the centre.  
  • Meanwhile, the London Overground also stops at Hackney Wick, which is a 15-minute walk. For cyclists, there are more than 140 cycle racks outside the centre.  If, however, you’re coming from farther afield, rains from central London (St Pancras International & Kings Cross stations) take just seven minutes to reach Stratford International, which is just a five-minute stroll to the centre.
  • If you’ve no choice but to drive to London Aquatics Centre, there are 111 parking spaces available. Within the car park, you’ll find the entrance to the centre on the lower level and on the river side. Both the steps and lifts are past the main pool building, which will be on your left. Please be aware that this car park is for London Aquatics Centre Customers only.
