The venue also has a large gym with 200 workout stations, fitness studios, and free parking for visitors.

Gym: Whatever your fitness goals, the gym at Barking Sporthouse and Gym has all the facilities needed to help you achieve them. Our fully equipped, 200 station gym is split over 3 levels, offering a range of fitness equipment for everyone. From cardiovascular machines, such as treadmills and rowers, to resistance equipment, free weights, 8 Olympic lifting platforms, dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls, TRX and VIPR's.
Studio: Weekly fitness class programmes take place in the Barking Sporthouse and Gym studio and Group Cycle Zone. Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body. Our fitness classes are open to all; beginners, intermediates and experts.
Trampoline and Play Park: The Better Trampoline and Play Park at Barking Sporthouse and Gym includes a foam pit, dodgeball, free jump area, giant battle beam foam pit and basketball.
Sports Hall: The sports hall can cater for a number of activities such as: 5 badminton courts, 1 handball court, 1 netball court & 1 futsal pitch.
Climb: With 14 features to get your adrenaline pumping try to tackle the big climb with our range of walls. Clip and climb has many features to choose from, why not experience a new high and achieve that that race to the top.
Skatepark: Better Skatepark at Barking Sporthouse and Gym offers a new and exciting way for all age groups to participate in sport. The skate park offers over 900 square metres of skate ramp terrain, with a beginners area, street zone with ledges, ‘flat bars’ and ‘Euro-gaps’, and London’s first key-hole Birchwood bowl.
Soft Play: The soft play area is for under 8 years and has a range of play areas: Ball pit with interactive air feature, Under 2’s play area, Monster Under 8’s play zone, Slides, Play cottage. Soft play area is a safe environment that contains a wide range of colourful, interesting and stimulating equipment, for little ones to learn and play.
Outside Basketball Court: The Barking Sporthouse and Gym outdoor basketball courts are available for sports specific use. Please note that they are not floodlit. For facility hire and event bookings please speak to a member of staff at reception to find out more.

Thinking about what to do for your next birthday party? You bring the cake we bring the fun! Barking Sporthouse & Gym have the perfect birthday party options for you. We are able to offer you three different party experiences, so choose one that meets your requirements.

Soft Play Party (£21.00pp): Our monster structure has so much for you to enjoy, you can jump, crawl, slide and explore the vast array of fun for ages up to 8 years old. Enjoy 60 minutes of fun followed by 45 minutes in the party room to enjoy party food and birthday cake!
Skate Park Party (£24pp): Are you a BMX superstar or a skateboard wizard, gather your friends, put on your helmets and hit the slops. For 60 minutes in the skate park you will have a party host who will guide you through some skills on the boards. Followed by 45 minutes in the dedicated party room.
Trampoline Park Party (£24.00pp): Our trampoline parties are perfect for those who would enjoy a high energy, adrenaline filled party! Your party will consist of 60 minutes in the trampoline park followed by 45 minutes in your dedicated party room.
