50m Heated Outdoor Pool: The Lido at Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club is the Capital's second 50m heated outdoor pool, located in Hornfair Park. Our Lido is 22 degrees. Fitness lane swimming is always available, normally with 4 lanes. Learn to swim with Better Swim School so your children learn this important life skill.
Open Air Group Cycle Studio: This dedicated Group Cycle studio is one of a kind! The studio overlooks the pool and opens out onto a raised terrace. Fully equipped with music co-ordinated entertainment lights and a specific sound system, this studio is the perfect location for any Group Cycle fan.
Tennis Courts: Our outdoor tennis courts are availble to book daily. This allows you to plan your tennis sessions with ease, whether it's a spur-of-the-moment game or a scheduled match with friends.
Gym: Our spacious gym has all the facilities needed to help you from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and cross trainers, resistance equipment including free weights as well as a stretching and functional area. We have fitness instructors and personal trainers on hand to provide support and advice for all your workout needs.
Studio: The Charlton Lido and Lifestyle Club hosts a large studio with a sprung floor, one mirrored wall and views into Hornfair Park and the Poolside. This studio is programmed with a range of Fitness Classes - all of which can be seen on the weekly.
Toddlers World: Our exciting soft play sessions, named Toddlers World, is a safe environment specifically for children and contains a range of colourful, interesting and stimulating equipment for babies and toddlers. Our Toddlers World area offers a variety of equipment, from bouncy castles and climbing frames to soft shapes and toys.
Sun Terrace: Our terraces are a perfect place to relax following your workout, with tranquil views over the lido & Hornfair Park.
BMX Race Track: Our Olympic legacy BMX Race Track is situated at the back of Hornfair Park. The track is available for free public use.
Calm Studio: Our Calm Studio is a dedicated studio for Mindfulness classes with fantastic park views.
