At St Peter's it is our intent that children who enter our Early Years begin their lifelong learning journey by developing physically, verbally, cognitively and emotionally whilst also embedding a positive attitude to school and a love of learning.St Peter’s Early Years curriculum provides the cultural capital we know our pupils need so that they can gain the knowledge, skills and understanding they require for success. They can only do that if we embed the right habits for learning through the Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning – Play and Exploration, Active Learning and Creative and Critical Thinking.St Peter’s curriculum works in parallel with the Early Years Foundation Stage and provides opportunities for all children including those with SEND and aims to break barriers and challenge stereotypes.

They pride ourselves on having a curriculum that gives a voice to all pupils which enables them to build important life skills, knowledge and cultural capital required for successful life opportunities. The children are receptive to learning and have great potential and every adult will continue to promote high standards and a true love of learning. The teachers will always attempt to use local learning opportunities within walking distance from the school (museums and galleries) to provide meaningful enrichment opportunities for the children.

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
At St Peter's Eaton Square C of E Primary School we are passionate about supporting all children to be the best that they can be.  Westminster SEND Local Offer have created this page to share resources and information that may be useful to families and those working with children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities. They  will also add any relevant updates from specific services as they become available.The SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator), along with the Acting Headteacher and Governing Body take responsibility for the implementation of the school’s SEND policy and the co-ordination of special educational needs provision within the school.

Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club runs every day during term time from 7.30 - 8:40am, each morning. A perfect way to start the school day, giving your child a healthy and nutritious breakfast as well as the opportunity to prepare their bodies and minds by participating in a wide range of activities.An Active Start boosts concentration levels and raises attainment. The clubs include carious active games and sports activities.
