St Vincent de Paul Catholic Primary School is State Primary School for kids aged 3 to 11 (Gender - Mixed )
They are a thriving one-form-entry primary school, uniquely located in the shadow of Westminster Cathedral, with whom they maintain close links as the parish school. They provide an education with a distinct Catholic identity for children aged 3 to 11 years. The is a warm and friendly school where our shared faith is celebrated through prayer, child-centred liturgies and assemblies. The mission statement comes directly from Christ’s words of ‘Love one another as I have loved you,’ and they seek to promote this message in all that they do. They value strongly our partnership with parents in working together to achieve the best outcomes for the children.
Curriculum
Your child’s Early Years Learning Journey at St Vincent de Paul begins in Nursery Class and continues into Reception Class. Your child will be warmly welcomed into the SVP school family. “Since joining the school, *** has developed a newly found respect of the Catholic values and has learned to follow the principles and rules of a good school system. As parents, we’d like to thank you for all your hard work in setting the beginning of a better and bright future for our child, we truly appreciate all you have done.” In Nursery Class and Reception Class we follow The Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. This applies to children from birth to the end of the Reception Class year. “Every child deserves the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfil their potential. Children develop quickly in the early years and a child’s experiences between birth and age five have a major impact on their future life chances.”
