Extremely disappointed by our latest visit. A newly enforced policy requires supervising adults to pay full price, taking the cost to over £20 for an hour just to watch a 4-year-old play. When I complained, staff refused to provide Head Office details, offering only the email for the manager I was already speaking to. Unreasonable pricing and zero escalation route. We will not be returning.
