Things to note
Sports offer flexes to suit the season, with regular games sessions for all, together with the opportunity to play in competitive teams.
Public Speaking is a timetabled lesson in the Middle School and students take part in local competitions and work to achieve their LAMDA qualifications. Debating is a popular additional activity and hones the skills not only of speaking, but also of listening.
Music is an integral part of the Reddam House offer. Every pupil is encouraged to learn a musical instrument and is welcome to join range of instrumental groups and choirs.
Taking part in musical or more dramatic productions gives everyone a chance to shine.
Those interested in ‘treading the boards’ have an opportunity to audition for a variety of leading and supporting roles. Back of house experience is available for those interested in lighting, costumes, sound and cinematography.
Dance is offered to all students through a focus on performance, choreography, and appreciation of different dance styles.
If you have already decided that Reddam House is for your family, the first step is to complete an application; please note that entry to each of the year groups is determined by an academic assessment, which forms part of a taster visit. Aligned to your child’s assessment results, they will be seeking to identify those children to whom we can offer a good fit academically, socially and pastorally.
2023 Scholarships are open. Are you a high achiever in academics, sports, or music pursuits? Or an all-rounder in all three categories? An opportunity to be a part of the Reddam House Family could be possible. They award a select number of scholarships or bursaries to students entering Grade 8 who have demonstrated a strong record of outstanding achievements in one of the following areas:
Academics, Sport & Music.
