The Lotus Academy Trust Ltd has been founded to provide children and young people with holistic, safe, rewarding, personalised education and support to improve their life chances and prepare them for life and the world of work. Using mindful, therapeutic and holistic approaches to learning, our pupils are taught to develop new and existing skills, increase their knowledge and strengthen their resilience and understanding. The strong pastoral support and dedicated partnerships help each pupil to cope with the pressures of education and life and reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential. The Trust Board is made up of Members and Trustees who meet every 6 weeks to grow and develop the strategic direction of the Trust.

Tracking, monitoring and measuring impact
To track and monitor individual pupil progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the educational provision, they undertake half termly reviews across all areas of the school. Trustees and Members undertake half termly monitoring visits to review whether the school is effectively putting into practice its policies and procedures as well as ensuring that the school is meeting the Independent School Standards.
