EYFS: At St Margaret’s Lee, this refers to Reception. They follow the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. There is also guidance for the professionals supporting your child on planning the learning activities, and observing and assessing what and how your child is learning and developing.The EYFS Framework explains how and what your child will be learning to support their healthy development. Your child will be learning skills, acquiring new knowledge and demonstrating their understanding through 7 areas of learning and development.

Reading: We want children to enjoy reading and become increasingly confident readers as they go through the school and beyond. The robust reading curriculum and school procedures ensure this happens. 

Religious Education: Religious education at St Margaret's Lee should enable every child to flourish and to live life in all its fullness. (John 10:10). Wraparound Care & Clubs: As a qualified dancer in contemporary dance they believe all the classes should be based on the joy of moving. The lessons are inclusive of all skills and physical ability, where children will develop their team skills and communication to grow in confidence. They will move energetically, developing their dance technique and choreographic abilities.
