St Andrew's Southgate Primary School (Church of England) is a State Primary school for kids aged 4 to 11 (Gender - Mixed). St. Andrew’s first opened its doors to local children in 1863 and today the mission remains clear, to serve the local community by providing a first class primary education experience which allows children to enhance their own lives and the lives of others.
At St. Andrew’s they aim to work with parents to prepare pupils to become productive, thoughtful and responsible members of the society. They achieve this through a rich and engaging curriculum designed to promote critical thinking and to develop a lifelong love of learning. The core values of respect and faith help pupils to develop their character, build resilience and take their place as global citizens capable of making a meaningful and positive impact in their lives and the lives of others.
At St Andrew’s use the Christian and British values to build character among the pupils, produce lifelong learners and global citizens with a sense of social justice. They have a love of learning and strive to nourish the God-given potential of each individual and we value our caring and prayerful Christian environment.
