Mill Hill School was founded in 1807, when its founders wisely chose its location on the top of a hillside for its fresh air, safety and natural beauty. Mill Hill’s family of schools offers co-education from ages 3-18.

  • Grimsdell Mill Hill Pre-Preparatory School is a day school for pupils aged 3-7.
  • Belmont Mill Hill Preparatory School is a day school for pupils aged 7-13.
  • Mill Hill School and Mill Hill International are boarding and day schools for pupils aged 13-18.

At Mill Hill School the welfare of each pupil has long been recognised as a strength of ours and our pupils are supported throughout their school career. We aim to provide an environment that is both caring and supportive.

Admission Details

3+ Entry 2021:   32 Places

  • Registration for 3+ entrance for September 2021 has now closed. If you register now, your child will be placed on our reserve registration list and will be invited to an interview in November only if another child withdraws.
  • All children placed on the reserve registration list for 3+ 2021 prior to the commencement of the 3+ assessments in November, and who are not invited for an informal interview, will automatically be considered for 4+ 2022 entry.
  • Offers for our 32 part-time Nursery places will be made shortly after our interviews in November of the year before entry.

 

4+ Entry 2021:  20 Places

  • Registration for 4+ entrance for September 2021 is still open, however we only have a limited number of spaces left on the schedule so we cannot guarantee that you will be offered an interview.
  • Interviews will take place in January.
  • Registration lists for entry for subsequent years from September 2020 onwards are open now.
  • Places for our Reception classes will be offered in February after our interviews in January. There are approximately 20 places available in Reception.

Fees

Registration Fees: £150

Acceptance Depsoit - £2,000

School Fees: 

  • Full Day:  £5,164 Per Term  / £15,492 Per Annum
  • Nursery Morning : £2,800 per term / £8,400 p.a.
  • Nursery Morning : £2,375 per term / £7,125 p.a.
