Admission Details

11+ entry (Year 7): The Lower School has a wonderful community feel and provides the perfect transition from Prep and Junior School into College life. The Lower School is for day pupils only, and is an equal mix of girls and boys. LEARN MORE

13+ entry (Year 9): They welcome a number of pupils to Epsom at 13+ (Year 9). Fees

Registration fees:

  • UK residents: £150 non-refundable
  • Overseas residents: £300 non-refundable

Confirmation fee: If your child is offered a place at Epsom and you wish to accept, the following fees will confirm the place:

  • UK residents: £4,000
  • Overseas residents: £4,000

Termly Fees for 2022/23:

Lower School (Years 7 and 8)- £7,170

Senior School (Years 9-13)-

  • Day Pupils: £9,562
  • Weekly Boarders: £12,809
  • Full Boarders: £14,101

School fees cover the normal cost of a pupil’s education. This includes stationery, books, food, snacks, and accommodation and laundry for boarders. Examination fees, music lessons, private tuition, certain CCF charges, theatre tickets, holiday trips, social events and some activities are charged termly.

Scholarships

All families who have registered a child will receive Scholarship forms in the post at the relevant times. For Year 7 entry, the forms will be sent in the Autumn Term of Year 6. For Year 9 entry, the forms will be sent in the Autumn term of Year 8.Candidates may apply for more than one award. In any given year, scholarships and exhibitions will only be awarded if pupils of sufficient merit apply. If your child is unsuccessful in securing an award in Year 7 or Year 9 this does not prevent them from applying again in Year 12. All awards are tenable throughout a pupil’s time at Epsom, subject to the Headmaster’s satisfaction with their industry, performance and behaviour.
