Afifah School is an Independent Secondary school in Selective for kids aged 2 to 16. The aim is to nurture and empower pupils to become responsible Muslim citizens who contribute not only to their own development, but also to the well-being of their family, friends, neighbours and the community they live in.
Facilities
The IT suite has been upgraded and there are interactive white boards in other classrooms. Nearly all rooms now have a projector. New computers have been purchased and we have updated the software to Windows 8. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the school, which comes in handy for the teachers.
The Science Laboratory is equipped to carry out safe experiments for the further knowledge of the students. It is also well decorated, making it a lovely classroom and a place to enjoy lessons. They have also purchased many new apparatus for the experiments to be carried out in a professional manner.
The Art room is also a classroom full of life and where the students can enjoy working on their art works. The room is fully equipped to satisfy the students artistic needs, such as: acrylic paint, poster paper etc.
Part of the main hall is used as a prayer area. The ablution area (wudhu area) has been completely refurbished and is now more welcoming. New Classrooms 2 new classrooms were built during summer holidays 2019 to facilitate the increasing number of Primary students.
