  • Parking: The closest car park to Thinktank is the Millennium Point car park located on Howe Street, off Jennens Road, it is operated by Birmingham City Council (charges apply). For google maps and Sat Nav use postcode B4 7AP and select the car park name. This car park is also in Birmingham's Clear Air Zone. Blue Badge holders can park for free, there are 20 blue badge bays within the car park and the maximum height restriction for the car park is 2.1 metres.
  • Food & Drinks: Enjoy a tasty selection of favourites, from sausage rolls and jacket potatoes to pizza twists and more. We also offer sweet treats, hot and cold drinks, and a dedicated children’s lunch box. Vegetarian and vegan options are available too.

Birthday Parties: Looking for a fun and unique birthday party? Join us for a MiniBrum party! Celebrate your child’s birthday party with us at MiniBrum - our interactive gallery for under 8s. MiniBrum is Thinktank’s very own mini city and there’s plenty for the children to enjoy. It has its very own transport zone, shops, homes, park and construction site!

Your MiniBrum party includes:

  • Birthday host to welcome your party and keep an eye on timings
  • Play in MiniBrum (non exclusive use for 1 hour 20 minutes)
  • Exclusive use of a party room for party meal (for 40 minutes)
  • Party meal (consisting of a sandwich, a penguin biscuit, a portion of fruit and a packet of crisps)
  • Unlimited squash
  • 10% off voucher for our gift shop

  • £15 per child (£13.50 per child for Birmingham Museum Members.)
  • We allow free entry for one adult per each child booked.
