Gym prices start from £15.00 for adults, with lower Pay & Play member rates available. Swimming begins at £6.10 for adults, with junior and child Swim for All options also available. Party packages include Toddler’s World soft play parties, football parties on the 3G pitches, small pool float parties and inflatable pool parties.

Our fully equipped 90+ station gym is set up to allow members of all abilities to achieve their fitness goals. We offer a wide range of new Technogym fitness equipment, including cardiovascular, resistance, free weights, a bespoke functional rig, plus a separate area to stretch before and after your workout.
Studio: Our bright spacious studio is the perfect place to try one of our 70+ weekly fitness classes. Our team of fully qualified instructors are here to motivate you and ensure you have an enjoyable, but effective workout.
Group Cycle Studio: Our dedicated group cycle studio boasts state-of-the-art lighting, sound, visual effects and technology, with 16 high-performance (interactive) bikes to ensure a fully immersive workout experience for our members.
Main Pool: Swimming is great for all ages, and what better way to make a splash than in our 25m main pool and 13m teaching pool. Not only can swimming give you an effective full body workout, it is also very relaxing and can make a fun day out for the whole family.
Sports Hall: Our sports hall comprises 4 multi-purpose courts, which can be used for a variety of sports and activities, including badminton, basketball, trampolining, Toddler's World, netball, table tennis, and pickleball, to name a few.
5-a-side football pitches: Our 4 outdoor 3G pitches have been designed to the very highest of standards and can be used in all weather conditions.
Community Room: One of our most versatile facilities is our purpose-built community room which can be hired for meetings, staff training, conferences, birthday parties, classes or a wide range of other activities.
