  • Discover: Here’s a sneak peak into the museum – explore one of our famous scenes from each hut in detail or even climb inside a CRVT! Our Discover page gives you a small taste of what’s in store in one of the best family days out in North Yorkshire.
  • Digital Archive: Since Eden Camp opened to the public as a museum in 1987, our visitors have been donating items to our archive which has continued to grow into a collection of national historical importance. In order to make this valuable resource open to the public and thanks to funding from the government’s #hereforculture Cultural Recovery Fund, we have begun the long process of making it available online. 
  • Donating an Artefact: Since Eden Camp opened to the public as a museum in 1987, our visitors have been donating items to our archive which has continued to grow into a collection of national historical importance.
  • Heritage Restorations (ECHR): Established in May 2019, Eden Camp Heritage Restorations (ECHR) is made up of a team of dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to breathe new life into Eden Camp’s collection.

Facilities

  • Parking: Free onsite parking is available for up to 400 cars and we have a dedicated area for coaches, minibuses, motorhomes and caravans.
  • Food & Drinks: There are plenty of picnic benches and grassed areas for you to use to eat. We kindly ask that the indoor Café seating (where available) is used solely for those who have purchased from the Café.
  • Dogs: We’re a dog friendly attraction. Well behaved dogs on a lead are permitted across the museum, including the display huts and a designated area in our café.
