Gym: Our gym is stocked with the latest resistance and cardio equipment, helping us to help you get toned and stronger, or lose weight and get fitter. On hand is a team of Fitness Motivators and GP Referral specialists, who are happy to assist wherever possible.
Group Fitness Studio: Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Athletics Track: Whatever the weather, our indoor and outdoor athletic facilities are available throughout the year. As well as running tracks, we also have jump pits and throwing cages, as well as pole vaulting and javelin equipment. Furthermore, our junior sessions are great way introduce children to athletics.
Personal Training: Our fantastic team of personal trainers are on hand at the centre to help you achieve your goals! The Everyone Active Personal Training app is here for you to find out about the trainers, purchase and book your PT sessions.

Birthday Party Details

Active Antz Party (£100.00): Designed to give you and your participants time to play and learn from each other, Active Antz encourages you and your child to try a variety of activities ranging from exploring soft play shapes to jumping on bouncy castles and much more. Wear suitable clothing but shoes are not needed.The party is supervised for safety but it is not a led session, parents are required to take part and supervise the participants. Ensure all participants are dressed in comfortable clothing. No jewellery. Socks are recommended.
Exclusive Trampoline Park Party (£124.00): Our Trampoline park is great fun as well as being a brilliant way to get active and your heart pounding. Participants will have the entire areana to themselves with our exclusive hire and can have a great time bouncing on the trampolines or diving into the foam pit for an hour. The Parent/ Guardian will need to sign a waiver form on behalf of all participants and EA socks also need to be worn (not included in price). Come in comfortable clothing, no skirts.
Gymnastics Party (£224.00): A fun-filled experience in our gymnastics hall. These parties are instructor lead, last for an hour & are a great way to tire out the kids in a bespoke & safe gymnastics environment. Party guests need to wear appropriate sporting attire including socks with no jewellery or watches to be worn. We also ask participants to arrive for the party to begin 5 minutes before its allocated start time.
Soft Play Party (£100.00): A soft play birthday party with Everyone Active combines adventure, fantastic fun and, of course, safety, all in one go. For your birthday party, you’ll get use of the soft play area for your child and their friends, meaning they can climb, explore and play games. Adults will need to supervise the children who must wear suitable clothing and no shoes (store your shoes as you go in).
