Walkthroughs & Animal Zones
- Dinosaurs at Blair Drummond: Ready to brave the dinosaur forest? Behind giant charge-proof gates lies a prehistoric land inhabited by over twenty dinosaur species. Super-sized and super-realistic, these ancient beasts were specially “bred” for Blair Drummond Safari Park. The largest dinosaur is a 21-metre diplodocus, and the most fierce is the iconic T-Rex. And if you want to catch a glimpse of our Pterosaur, remember to look up.
- Chimp Island: Follow the path by the river and you’ll find our chimpanzees Chippie, Gill and Peter on their own private island. They’re free to roam and forage on the island for most of the day and sometimes they’ll even choose to sleep outside.
- Lemur Land: Stroll with our lovely lemurs through the trees of their walk-through reserve. Don’t forget to look up as they play and chatter in the foliage above you. They have four species of lemur in Lemur Land, as well as two giant tortoises, two Somali sheep, a mob of Parma wallabies and a group of Patagonian maras.
