They would like to introduce you to The Tutorial Foundation, a private alternative provision in Bromley which provides an educational setting for pupils in Key Stages 1 to 5 with a specialism in Key Stages 3 and 4. Established in 2005, we have a proven track record in delivering both educational and pastoral support to both mainstream and SEN students, especially those with challenging behaviour. We regularly accommodate children from, for example, Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham, Croydon and North West Kent schools.The excellent teaching and nurturing environment ensures that our students follow their personalised pathway to reach their full potential by gaining qualifications in Years 11 – 13. We have the experience and facilities to accommodate children with special educational needs, particularly those with ASD, ADHD and school refusers.They provide tutoring in one to one or small groups, both at The Tutorial Foundation and offsite at the student’s home, local library or online, which caters for the needs of the individual child. We offer full-time, part-time or respite provision, available between one to five days a week, Monday to Friday throughout the school term.
Facilities
Tuition is available in the following subjects: Mathematics, English, All Sciences, Modern Languages, History, Geography, Business Studies, Economics, Psychology, Law, Sociology, Religious Studies and English for Speakers of other Languages. Other subjects are available on request.All subjects are taught in accordance with the student’s personalised requirements working up to A level and beyond. Tuition takes place on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis dependent on the pupil’s needs. Specialised courses are available throughout the year including: 11+ (both grammar and independent) and GCSE & A Level retakes. As an examination centre, those looking towards examinations can be assured that all our classes have an emphasis on exam technique and practice.

Remote Learning
Since the beginning of the first lockdown, The Tutorial Foundation was able to able to offer both onsite and remote online learning. They were able to react promptly to any new requests for remote online learning.Onsite students who are moved to online learning continue to follow their normal timetable. Provision for new and existing offsite students continues to be coordinated by our Offsite Manager who will ensure a remote learning timetable meets the student’s requirements
