  • Extra-Curricular clubs, workshops and productions offer the students the opportunity to express themselves in a variety of ways, whether it is making new friends or writing their own script, or gaining confidence and taking risks.
  • Loughborough Schools Music is a place of exceptional individual and collaborative efforts where everyone is invited to contribute. There are over 100 annual performance opportunities, 50+ ensembles, 10+ choirs and 7 orchestras. That is in addition to junior and senior lunchtime recitals, assemblies and house music competitions.
  • Loughborough Schools Foundation are committed to maximising the sporting potential of all pupils, through offering varied sporting programmes in all of the Schools and harnessing the interests and enthusiasm of all to engage in a lifelong love of sport.
  • Girls from years 11 – 13 are able to join the Voluntary Service Unit (VSU) in school. It is a totally voluntary organisation but it is enormously popular with all of the girls. Fees for Academic Year 2022/23:

Day Fees Year 7 to 9  £4,900 per term
Day Fees Year 10 to 11  £4,980 per term
Day Fees Year 12 to 13  £4,990 per term
Lunch Charges  £4.75 per lunch
Music Charges  £25.75 per 30 minute lesson (10 x 30 minute lessons)
Lamda Lesson, 1:1  £26 per session
Shared Lamda Lesson  £16 per session

Scholarships

A number of honorary Scholarships are offered for entry into Year 7. Scholarships are awarded on academic merit and are dependent upon examination performance. They also offer a number of Assisted Scholarship places to students joining us in Year 12. Music Scholarships are available at 11+ (Year 7), 13+ (Year 9) and 16+ (Year 12).

Loughborough Schools Foundation are pleased to invite strong academic applicants who live in Leicestershire and Rutland with the opportunity to apply for the Sir Thomas White Trust Scholarship. The Scholarship is available for students who are currently educated in a state school and who would not have the means to pay for a place normally.
