The Paddington Bear™ Experience is a multi-sensory, immersive and interactive walkthrough attraction located on London’s South Bank. Spread across 26,000 sq ft inside County Hall, it takes guests into the world of Paddington as they help the Brown family prepare for the Marmalade Day Festival. This family-friendly experience brings the beloved stories to life with live entertainment, puzzles and themed environments.

Guests enter through Mr Gruber’s Antiques Store before boarding a train at Paddington Station to 32 Windsor Gardens. The journey continues through the Brown family home, The Kitchen with Mrs Bird, and even to Peru where visitors help power Montgomery Clyde’s marmalade making machine. The adventure ends at the Marmalade Day Festival Street Party where guests can dance to the Calypso band, meet Paddington for a photo, and try marmalade-themed treats. Food and drinks including cakes, pastries and the famous marmalade sandwich are available to purchase.

Standard tickets start from £34.00 for adults (16+ yrs) and from £24.00 for children (2–15 yrs), with babes in arms FREE and Wheelchair Tickets from £24.00. Birthday party packages start from £59 per person and include entrance to the experience, Paddington Bear ears, a Windsor Gardens picnic with marmalade sandwich, soft drink and paw biscuit, a birthday cake, and a meet and greet with Paddington.

For those guests who are embarking on a last-minute adventure, tickets to the experience can be purchased at the till. For those just looking for an emergency marmalade themed treat, there’s plenty of those to be found too!
  • Paddington Station: Your train to Windsor Gardens will depart promptly, so don’t be late! Make sure you keep an eye on the departure board so you don’t miss it. Say hello to our Station Master, and make sure you don’t forget Paddington’s suitcase (it has Aunt Lucy’s marmalade recipe inside!) so you can get it to him in time for Marmalade Day!
  • The Train: All aboard! This is a non-stop train to Windsor Gardens – you can do some sightseeing of London on the way. Don’t forget to wave at all the passers-by who are also heading to Marmalade Day! The streets are paved with orange and we’re excited to celebrate!
  • 32 Windsor Gardens: Welcome to 32 Windsor Gardens, home of Paddington and the Brown family. Get settled in as Mrs Brown welcomes you to the iconic hallway and their living room, although she may need your help as Paddington is being mischievous again!
  • The Kitchen: Meet Mrs Bird, who’s busy preparing treats especially for Marmalade Day. Except she’s run out of the vital ingredient – Peruvian oranges! And the fridge has broken! And the larder key has fallen down the sink! Can you help Mrs Bird restore order?
  • Peru: Welcome to Peru! Meet the brave explorers who are on the hunt for a talking bear, who coincidentally, have found Montgomery Clyde’s marmalade making machine! Help save the day by foraging for Peruvian oranges, power the machine by jumping on the bikes and turn those cogs to ensure a smooth jar of Marmalade is ready for the festival!
  • Marmalade Day Festival: ‘Hooray! You made it to the Marmalade Day festival! Celebrate Paddington’s favourite day of the year with the Marmalade Day Festival Street Party at Windsor Gardens! Don’t forget to try out Mrs Bird’s delicacies; marmalade themed of course! Dance, play, and don’t miss your chance to meet Paddington himself and snap a photo to remember this unforgettable celebration!

  • Parking: Parking options in the area may be limited, so visitors may want to consider using public transportation or a taxi instead. Nearby Car Park is Waterloo Station.
  • Food & Drinks: Towards the end of the experience you will be able to purchase an array of Paddington Bear inspired cakes, pastries, hot and cold drinks and of course, the famous marmalade sandwich!
  • Toilets: Toilets are available once you have Checked-In via the Ticket Booth. There are toilets located at the beginning and the end of the experience. We strongly recommend guests use the toilet facilities before their experience begins, as we cannot guarantee return entry, and it can take up 10 minutes to reach the facilities depending on the point in the experience.
