Description
Milton Country Park is located just a few miles north of the city of Cambridge. Created from old gravel pits the park offers a varied natural habitat with woodland, lakes, and attractive pathways suitable for bicycles and wheelchairs. Dogs are welcome and can be walked off-lead anywhere north of the 13th public drain. There is also a visitors' centre, café, two children's playgrounds, and a varied activity and events programme. You can hire the facilities for a meeting or party and even hold a wedding in the park!
The country park is managed by Cambridge Sport Lakes Trust, a registered charity established for the creation and operation of a multi-sports lake & park in Cambridgeshire. At the park the trust works closely with community, business, schools and charity groups to create better access to outdoor sport, leisure and education.

Paddleboarding
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is one of the worlds fastest growing sports. It's fun, offers a great work out incorporating balance, strength and flexibility, and is a unique way to explore our natural surroundings. Milton Country Park is an accredited school with the British Stand Up Paddle Association (BSUPA) and a British Canoeing (BC) Delivery Partner. We offer plenty of opportunities for you to experience SUP, whether you're a complete beginner, have tried it before and want to progress, or you're an experienced paddler looking for some time on the water.
Canoe and Kayak
Canoeing and Kayaking are a great way to get outdoors doing something fun that will get you fit. Come along and learn with our British Canoeing qualified instructors and coaches. We offer beginner and intermediate courses as well as Paddlesport club for our younger paddlers, parties for the perfect way to celebrate and more.

A British Cycling Go-Ride Club for all girls and boys who want to improve their cycling ability, whether for leisure and everyday riding or they want to progress to cycle racing.Milton Country Park has a dedicated off-road cycle course, and club coaches are experienced and British Cycling trained. These sessions offer a great opportunity to practice different cycling disciplines and skills and even take part in off-road races.
