John Bull World of Rock is a fun and interactive confectionery attraction near Bridlington, famous for its traditional seaside rock, chocolate and nougat. Set inside a working factory, it offers visitors a chance to see how classic sweets are made while enjoying a hands-on experience. It’s a family-friendly destination combining demonstrations, activities, shopping and sweet treats all under one roof.
The factory tour takes you behind the scenes to learn how letters are placed inside sticks of rock, watch chocolate spinners create chocolate fish and see the mini bakery in action. Visitors can take part in Rock Rolling, personalise their own stick of rock, make a chocolate lolly and sample delicious products. There’s also a factory shop packed with gifts and treats, plus an on-site café open all year round.
Factory tour tickets cost £4.50 for adults (16+), £3.50 for children aged 4–15, and children under 4 enter free. Family tickets are £15.00 for four people (maximum two adults) and £18.00 for five people, while the Rock Rolling activity costs £2.00. Tours operate Monday to Friday at selected time slots, with pre-booking required.
