Weekend Super Sessions
You can chill out, relax, and jump for longer. The weekend super sessions are from 9am -11am and 5pm-8pm. Make the most of your evening. You can choose from either a morning or evening session on Saturdays and Sundays, and pay one price however long you want to stay.

Mini Flippers
Mini Flippers sessions are an amazing way for your little ones to explore and socialise, as well as develop coordination and balance. It’s also great for parents who want to keep fit, as you can bounce at the same time. Mini Flippers is for children under 5, and the price includes admission for one toddler and parent.
*Please note that Mini Flippers is not an exclusive session and older guests may enjoy the park at the same time. All customers will be made aware that there are smaller children in the arena, and our Safety Team will ensure that older guests take appropriate care. School holiday times will differ from usual sessions.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING PEAK TIMES OUR MINI FLIPPER SESSIONS ONLY RUN FROM 9 AM - 11AM.
Sensory Sessions
The Sensory sessions give the Flip Out experience but with the lights dimmed down and the music softer for a low-impact, fun and safe environment. Carers can rest assure that the atmosphere meets the needs of each individual, allowing all to jump with confidence. The sessions are available every Tuesday and Thursday 1200-1300 and 1600-1700. (School holiday times will differ) Carer goes free, Flip Out grip socks must be purchased. DLA proof is required at the time of check in.
Please note: Sensory Sessions are not exclusive sessions and other guests may enjoy the park at the same time. All customers will be made aware that there are children with additional needs in the arena, and our Safety Team will ensure that other guests take appropriate care.
Green Wednesday 2 for 1
On Wednesdays, Buy one ticket and two people can jump. It is perfect for friends to jump the day away in our arena. You can upgrade to a two hour session as well.
Sleepovers
If your Scout, School, or Activity group is looking for a new adventure, then look no further than a Sleepover at Flip Out. First, you start with a 2-hour jump session, then it's time to wind down with snacks and a late-night movie. Afterwards, you settle down to sleep overnight in the park. The next morning, rise and shine for breakfast and more bouncing to start the day.
