Danger Detective Quest & Treasure Hunt: On your visit, you will become a Danger Detective seeking out the dangers you could come across every day and collecting clues to complete the Quest. There is a lot to see on your visit so take your time – there’s no need to rush. The centre is all indoors (except for a small section based outside but we do have canopies if the weather’s not great). The Danger Detective Quest is a self-guided tour, where you will have an activity booklet guiding you through the scenarios. This activity is most suitable for children aged 5+ , so we do advise if also bringing under 5s that they can get involved by completing the Treasure Hunt. If you’re visiting with children under 5 only we definitely recommend CraftPoint for more age appropriate fun! For our Treasure Hunt we have carefully hidden 14 items around the centre for you to find (some of them have been hidden REALLY well – can you spot them all?!) Once each one is found, you will able to choose a prize from the Treasure Box.
CraftPoint: CraftPoint offers a crafty day out – join us to create your very own masterpiece! Pick your own pottery to paint or a craft item to create! We have a variety of ceramic money boxes, flower pots, bird feeders and more and there’s Build-a-Bear, with lots of different animals to choose from!
Activities & Programmes: DangerPoint has something to offer everyone with visits for the family and educational tours for schools and organised groups. If you are a school or organised group, we can offer fully guided educational tours by our team of highly trained rangers who will tailor the visit to suit the needs/ages of your group.

Facilities

Parking: There is free customer car park just outside the centre.
Food & Drinks: They do however sell a small selection of crisps/ chocolate bars and soft drinks and we have ice creams on sale! We advise people bring a pack lunch as there is plenty of room to sit and eat.
Toilets: There are toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
