  • Berrington purple parkland walk: Stroll out into the parkland at Berrington and enjoy all that this 'Capability' Brown-designed masterpiece has to offer, with this walk taking you into all of the estate's nooks and crannies.
  • Berrington den building walk: This route takes you through Berrington's parkland straight to the woodland den building area. An easy walk offering the opportunity to construct your own makeshift shelter along the way – perfect for young budding builders.
  • Berrington red walk trail: Enjoy a gentle stroll down to and around the lake on largely level terrain, taking in the sights, sounds and scenery of Berrington's parkland along the way.

  • By road: 7 miles south of Ludlow on west side of A49. Eye Lane entrance (when approaching Berrington from Ludlow) - Heading south along the A49, as you enter the 40mph zone at Ashton, look out for a sharp right turn with a brown sign which will say 'Berrington Hall'. Follow this road for 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance on the left. A49 entrance (when approaching Berrington Hall from Leominster) - Heading north along the A49, look out for a left turn with a sign that says 'Welcome to Berrington Hall'.
  • By train: Leominster 4 miles.
  • By bus: Ludlow to Hereford (passing close Ludlow train station and Leominster), alight Luston, 2 miles.
