Welcome to Battlesbridge Antiques Centre, Over 80 dealers are housed across a variety of old buildings and courtyards. Located just off the A130 on the banks of the River Crouch, midway between Chelmsford and Southend. Open daily from 10am–5pm, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day—perfect for a browse.

It takes its name from the Battaille family, with a mention in a 1351 document as the settlement of Bataillesbregge. This also indicates that there was a bridge as far back as the 14th century, though the present day iron structure is much later, dating from 1872. It was the second iron bridge to be constructed; the first was struck and irreparably damaged by a passing steam traction engine.

Dealers: Battlesbridge is a group of several buildings holding many many dealers. Our buildings are mostly disabled friendly, but there are no lift facilities in The Old Granary building.
Caravan and Camping Site: Situated in the heart of Essex, with excellent road and rail links to the home counties, London and the Channel ports. We have 6 acres of open fields at our showground at the Muggeridge Farm section of the Antiques Centre and allocate a limited number of spaces for short stay camping and caravanning throughout the year (weather dependant).
Frasers Guesthouse: Quality accommodation situated in the 'Antiques' village of Battlesbridge. The beautiful hamlet of Battlesbridge is nestled on the banks of the River Crouch, midway between Chelmsford and Southend-on-Sea, close to the A130, with easy access from the M25, A12, A127 and A13 roads.
