Winton Primary School is Independent State Primary school kids aged 2 to 11 (Gender - Co Educational )
At Winton they want to be a school that is at the heart of the community, a place where pupils are happy and engaged with their learning and somewhere that all children succeed. It sounds simple but ensuring it happens requires hard work from a dedicated and committed staff team. They will make every effort to make our vision a reality for every child. They want the young learners to be excited by the curriculum, responsible members of the school community and move onto the next stage of their education well prepared. They know that to be a successful school they must ensure that children make good progress during their time here and be achieving the highest standards they can. By doing so they will be able to go on to be successful in their future.

Curriculum
At Winton they have designed the own curriculum and a unique approach to delivering it which is in line with the new demands of the National Curriculum. By designing a creative curriculum, they have given teachers the freedom and empowerment to think imaginatively about the best way to combine subjects and inspire learning. They are deeply aware that children only get one chance at their primary education and the Ethos and Values reflect our commitment to ensuring that all children reach for the highest levels of personal achievement and development.
