Primary Years
ISL is an international school well into its fifth decade of excellence in education. Situated in the leafy environs of Gunnersbury Park, West London, we offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) - a developmental, inquiry-based programme that guides students through learning based on real-life experiences.ISL learning does not just take place in the classroom. The PYP is designed to provide opportunities for students to engage with the world in a ‘hands-on’ and interactive manner, encouraging an active learning approach.
Middle Years

Diploma college
ISL is an international school well into its fifth decade of excellence in education. Situated in the leafy environs of Ealing Common, the Diploma College provides a warm and supportive environment for our students’ studies at further education level. The Diploma College offers courses designed for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, a world-renowned and highly regarded pre-university qualification.The Diploma College is a learning community where individuals are valued, connections are nurtured, and friendships are made for life. Sports
With teams at all levels of inter-school competition, there is plenty of opportunity for fun and focus on the sports field. At varsity level, our teams participate in tournaments with other international schools through the International Schools Sports Association (ISSA). One of ISSA’s fundamental ideals is fostering cultural interaction as well as sporting competition. The team members travel to competitions in various countries, staying with local host families from the school. In turn, our students’ families welcome visiting competitors into their homes. Students often mention the resulting sense of teamwork and cultural exchange as a highlight of their time at ISL.
After-School Clubs
ISL offers in excess of 40 extra-curricular activities per week in a variety of different clubs including sports, the arts, technology, sciences, Service Learning, global issues and music. The clubs are an exciting extension to the school day that allows students to embrace the activities they enjoy most. The after-school Club Programme is delivered by both internal teaching staff and external coaches and specialised providers.
