Al-Falah Primary School is Independent Primary school in Hackney for kids aged 5 to 11 (Gender - Mixed )
On behalf of our pupils, staff and governors, I’d like to welcome you to the Al-Falah Primary School website. They guide and support their development of an ethical awareness that they can apply in their daily lives, to help them make a valuable contribution to society. All the members of staff are dedicated to inspiring our pupils to fulfil their potential in all areas – interpersonal, academic, physical, spiritual and moral. We achieve this by promoting team spirit and facilitating personalized learning, tailored to each pupil’s individual needs.

Curriculum
At Al-Falah they deliver a broad and balanced curriculum through the delivery of National Curriculum and the Islamic studies. Each subject area is well planned and monitored to ensure progression and continuity of learning for all pupils across the school. How and what your child is taught will be communicated to you by class teachers in a meeting at the beginning and at the end of the school year and via termly curriculum overview. Each area of the curriculum has a policy document and these are available to all parents on request.Children’s education is divided up into the following five stages: Key Stage One from 5-7 Years Key Stage Two from 7-11 Years.

Art and Design
Al-Falah is continuously updating its resources to allow children to make the most of their learning. The art and design facilities permit children to express their creative talent that has included creating art pieces for The Hackney Museum
ICT Room
Al-Falah has a dedicated ICT room that has safe access to the internet. Children use the room for their weekly ICT lessons and cross curricular activities. Work pupils have created ranges from posters to 3D modelling.
Playground
They have a soft matted playground at the rear of the school, allowing children to enjoy their playtimes and P.E. lessons. Al-Falah is also within walking distance of local parks and libraries.
