Our fully air-conditioned gym has recently been upgraded with the latest cardio, resistance and free weights equipment. So, whether your goal is to lose weight, look good, or feel great, our gym floor is designed to help you get the most from your workout.
Swimming: Swimming has incredible benefits for both your body and mind and is a low-impact way to exercise, no matter what your fitness abilities. We have a whole timetable of swimming sessions, from family swims for splash-tastic fun for all ages to lane swimming and casual swimming for those looking to improve their fitness. We have a fantastic 20m main pool, 25m 6 lane deep water pool perfect for lane swimming, family splash sessions and our aqua classes. We also have a dedicated heated training pool, perfect for introducing children to swimming.
Sports Hall & Courts: Our sports hall & courts are available for hire, enabling you to stay active or host your local community group in our fantastic facilities, whether you’re looking for a space for racquet sports or a safe space for other activities. The five-court Sports Hall accommodates a range of sporting and non-sporting activities and is also available for hire for activities such as badminton, pickleball and squash.
Athletics Track: Our Athletics Track are available for hire, enabling you to stay active or host your local community group in our fantastic facilities, whether you’re looking for a space for racquet sports or a safe space for other activities. Our Athletics Track can be used free by our centre members when available. Please visit reception desk to check in to receive the gate code.
