Swimming Pool: The 25m traditional swimming pool is accompanied by a smaller and shallow learner pool, meaning everyone of all ages can benefit from the joys of taking a dip, learning to swim and having fun!
Gym: Our modern gym is fully equipped with cardio, weights and resistance equipment allowing all workout aspects no matter what your goal is.
Studio Classes: Our bespoke exercise studio provides a wide variety of fitness classes from HiiT to a relaxing Tai Chi. Which means we are a centre of excellence for fitness in the Craven area.
Sports Hall: The sports hall is set up to accommodate a variety of sports, including: Badminton, Basketball, Football, Netball, Table Tennis & Pickle Ball. Our instructors are on-hand to offer professional support should you want it, as well as making sure all equipment is set up quickly and correctly to ensure you enjoy every second of your session.
Physio in Residence: Gemma Smith – MCSP BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC Registered Chartered Physiotherapist – is working with the Trust to help members, customers and staff with their aches and pains. Based at West Craven Sports Centre in Barnoldswick, but available for all members and customers at each of our facilities to use, Gemma provides a sports injury clinic with a very hands-on treatment approach to help all ages with gym rehabilitation, hydrotherapy and sports massages.
