Trengwainton Garden

Description

Trengwainton - 'Home of springs' - is set between the moors and the sea and nutures an award-winning plant collection. In this warm and luxuriant garden are plants from across the globe - some of which flowered here for the first time in the British Isles.

Winding wooded paths follow a half-mile incline to sea views across Mount's Bay and the descent via the drive is bordered by a stream garden and open meadows. Ten sections of walled gardens with ornamental and productive areas were built in 1815, with the five upper compartments said to be built to the dimensions of Noah's Ark and containing unique sloping beds.

Price starts from £14.30 for Adults(18 years and over), £7.20 for Children(5-17 & under 5s free) and £21.50 for Family(1 adult & 3 children).
