Description
The Bridlington Centre and Harbour Treasure Trail is a fun, family-friendly self-guided adventure set in the picturesque seaside town of Bridlington. In this exciting spy-themed mission, participants must stop the villain Baron Ivor Grudge, who plans to destroy the harbour using a powerful device that could trigger a devastating tidal wave. Using detective skills and solving clues, visitors must uncover the deactivation code and save the town before it is too late.
The trail begins outside the Town Hall on Station Avenue and leads participants through the lively harbour area before exploring quieter streets lined with Victorian houses and historic buildings. Along the way, participants search for clues hidden on existing buildings, monuments and permanent features. The circular trail is approximately 2 miles long and usually takes around 2 hours to complete. Designed for participants aged 6 to 106, the activity can be enjoyed by families, friends or small groups. Trails are completed at your own pace using a booklet containing directions and puzzles.
The Treasure Trail costs £9.99 per Trail, which covers the whole group playing together. The same Trail can also be used for birthday parties, working best in small teams of around 4–5 people, with adult support recommended for younger children.
