    • Hire the Picnic Barn: Indoor rustic space for private events, located just outside Letchworth town center. Onsite parking and security included.
    • Hire Includes:
      • 6-hour party hire: 1 hour setup, 4 hours event, 1 hour breakdown (allow at least 1 hour).
      • Earliest access from 16:00.
      • Dry hire – bring own catering and drinks.
      • Capacity: 95 standing / 50 seated with tables and chairs.
    • Price: £1,500 + VAT
    • Hire a Field: Use of one or both fields on agreed hire dates/times.Price: £1,000 per field per day + VAT.
    • Important Information:
      • Fields available only during dry months (June–August); event requires dry weather.

      • For large public events, one field must be used as a car park.

  • By Car: Few miles from the A1(M). Come off at junction 10 and follow the A507. Postcode is SG6 4JN. Free car parking at the farm, please be sure to follow the one-way system around car park. Car park can get full on busy days and during events. Please be considerate of local residents and park in designated parking areas only. During weekends there is a free car park at Spirella Building which is approximately a 20 minute walk from the farm, the postcode is SG6 4ET.
  • By Train: The nearest train station is Letchworth Garden City. About a mile from the station and you can walk to us in about 20 minutes or there are buses and taxis available from the train station. For help planning your journey visit Trainline.
  • By Bus: There’s a bus stop just down the road from our farm, served by Uno’s 625 and Arriva’s 53. Services are limited, check times before travelling at www.intalink.org.uk.
  • By Bike: Garden City Greenway route. Got plenty of secure bicycle parking here too.
