Soft Play City in Welwyn Garden City is a bright, spacious, and family-friendly indoor play venue located at Campus West. Designed for children aged 0–8, it offers a fun and safe space where little ones can explore, learn, and play — all while parents relax nearby with food and coffee from Humphrey’s Café.

The venue features three dedicated zones — Baby, Toddler, and Junior — each tailored to different ages and stages of development. Kids can dive into ball pools, zip down slides, climb through tunnels, and build with soft cubes in a clean, secure, and temperature-controlled environment that’s cosy in winter and cool in summer. There’s no time limit on play, so children can let their imaginations run wild while carers unwind nearby.

Entry is free for under 12 months, £6.00 for ages 1–3, £8.50 for ages 4–8, and £6.00 for adults. Party packages include Exclusive Soft Play Hire for up to 40 children at £250 (no food) or £500 (with food), and Bouncy Castle Parties with similar options. Free parking is available on-site.
