Description

Welcome to the Sherwood Forest Railway, home of Nottinghamshire’s only narrow gauge steam railway nestled in a valley in between Mansfield and the historic village of Edwinstowe. As with all great projects, the railway has a lot of plans for the future.

We have an extension planned which will see the length of the line double in length, we have rolling stock awaiting restoration, a third steam locomotive to complete and some new facilities planned which will make the railway even more attractive to all our wonderful visitors.

Prices starts from £3.00 for adults and £3.00 for Child. If you are looking for Best place for day out with kids and families then this is the perfect destination offering fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories for everyone.
