Parkour Classes
Originating in France, parkour, or free-running, is the practice of movement, which derived from military obstacle course training. This aim is to get from point A to point B, through a complex environment in a relatively fast and efficient method. It's a sport that covers a lot of different movements, such as running, climbing and rolling to name a few. It's a fantastic sport to be enjoyed with others, or even just on your own.
