Gym: Our fitness suite at Queen's Park Sports Centre boasts top of the range fitness equipment includes everything from treadmills, steppers and cross-trainers to rower's resistance machines and free weights. We’ve also got a separate free weights area and a functional training zone with kit including medicine balls, BOSU and sandbags. Junior gym is for children aged 8 to 13 years old.
Swimming pools: We have an eight-lane swimming pool with spectator seating and a learner pool equipped with a moveable floor and fun water features. Both pools are designed to accommodate swimmers of all ages and abilities. The swimming pool has a hoist and graduated steps so that users can easily access the pool.
Badminton: Badminton is not only fun and competitive but also a highly beneficial sport for improving physical fitness, mental well-being, and social connections. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, it's an engaging way to stay active and healthy.
Basketball: With a full size court available for you to use, you could have a full on game with your team or friends. Alternatively you can hire a single hoop court for smaller groups.
Gymnastics: Our children's courses follow a structured pathway - progressing through proficiency levels and attaining badges and certificates along the way. We also have courses for pre-school children to help them develop social and motor skills, and our classes for adults are great for anyone wanting to exercise and keep in shape.
Indoor football: Goal posts will be set up and balls are available to hire from our reception. Alternatively customers can bring their own ball from home. Suitable for five-a-side games.
Netball: Whether you want to rediscover your sporting ability, get active again or brush up on skills you already have, our return to netball sessions provide a gentle re-introduction to the game.
Outdoor 3G football pitches: Our large 3G pitch is suitable for seven-a-side games.

Birthday Party Details

We offer multi sports activities and pool parties at Queen's Park Sports Centre, you can book a pool party or exclusive use of our Play zone!

Small pool party (£150): Small pool parties includes floats, toys and rafts for a maximum of 40 people which must include adults following our normal pool ratios. There is a maximum capacity of 40 people which includes adults.
Splash and Dash inflatable pool party (£210): Climb over, under and round the obstacles on our giant inflatable aquarun, racing your opponent to the big splash at the end! These parties are suitable for ages six and above as there is no deep end as the inflatable goes width ways across the shallow end meaning the pool will be no deeper than 1.2m.
Multi sports activity party (£130): Make up teams and play 5-a-side football, basketball, netball, badminton and table tennis. You can choose one or a combination of activities. Please inform staff when booking of your choice.
