Helston Sports Centre is the most southerly leisure centre in the UK, offering quality and affordable fitness facilities for the whole community. It features a refreshed health and fitness area, a large 40-station gym and a 25m swimming pool suitable for all ages and abilities. With a wide range of classes, lessons and activities, it provides an active environment for everyone.

The centre includes a state-of-the-art Technogym-equipped gym, a dedicated free-weights zone and a functional training area. Visitors can enjoy a 25m six-lane swimming pool for fitness, leisure use and Better Swim School lessons, as well as Studio One, offering over 30 weekly classes including Yoga, Pilates, Circuits, Aqua Aerobics, Group Cycle and Body Conditioning. Additional activities include junior gym, healthwise referral sessions, personal training and Aqua Splash inflatable sessions.

Swimming prices start from £7.00 for adults, £5.00 for juniors and £7.00 for seniors, with reduced rates available for PAYG and Residents Card holders. Gym and fitness class prices begin from £11.00 for adults, with discounted PAYG and senior options also available. Inflatable pool parties are offered every Saturday, with shared and exclusive packages available.

Gym: Our state of the art 40-station gym is filled with a large variety of top of the range Technogym equipment and we also offer a dedicated free weights zone. Our cardio vascular machines are the latest range from Technogym. Our functional training zone offers a great range of equipment. Our fully qualified and friendly Fitness Instructors are on hand to help you meet your fitness goals.
Swimming: Helston Sports Centre is home to a traditional 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool ranging in depth from 0.9m – 1.9m. As well as fitness and leisure use, the pools host Better Swim School Lessons, Pool Parties and Water Workout fitness classes. So, whether you want to improve your technique, get fit, meet new friends, compete or have fun, you're sure to find a pool session that you'll love.
Studio: Studio One is purpose built with a class capacity of up to 30 people, the studio boasts a sprung floor, mirrored walls and feature lighting. Each week we offer more than 30 fitness classes including Yoga, Pilates, Circuits and Group Cycle. Staying motivated can be a challenge, but with the wide variety of fitness classes we offer, you'll find the perfect way to keep active for you.

Parties, available every Saturday here at Helston Sports Centre! Perfect for birthdays and celebrations, these parties guarantee fun, laughter, and plenty of splashes. Party Options:

Shared Parties: 1.15pm– 3pm 60 minutes in the pool with our exciting inflatable 45 minutes in the studio afterwards for food and cake (self-catered).
Exclusive Parties: 2.30pm–4.15pm 60 minutes on the inflatable, all to yourselves 45 minutes in the studio for your celebration (self-catered).
