Flip Out is Rochdales biggest and best indoor trampoline & adventure park. They are open 7 days a week and their facilities are suitable for people between 6 months-106 years old. They have got a cyber tower, wipeout beam, buckaroo rider, laser maze, ninja warrior course, slam dunk, stunt box zones, tumble tracks, kids arenas, obstacles & lots & lots of trampolines! We’ve also got a viewing gallery and cafe upstairs.

What to see

Flip & Bounce
It is a 60 minutes session. You can have the first hour on the inflatable arena and the second hour on the amazing trampoline park.

Flip Air 1 Hour Experience
You can try the brand new inflatable park. You have a full 1 hour experience of inflatable fun.

Flip Out 1 Hour Experience / Flip Out 2 Hour Experience
1 hour and 2 hour free-jumping sessions give you unlimited access to our park. That’s a world of wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits and much more to explore.

Toddler Time
A toddler (aged under 5 years) and 1 adult goes FREE. You can come at 10am and stay till 4pm. The session runs Monday-Friday (10am-4pm) during term time only.
It includes FREE juice and toast for the toddler and FREE tea or white coffee for the adult.

Family Time (2 Hours)
You can bring the family for a 2 hour experience of fun, fitness & food.
Family = 2 adults & 2 Children
Food = 1 regular pizza and a jug of cordial juice.

ASD and Disability Session
It runs Monday-Friday (10 am-11 am) during term time only.

After School Club
Join Flip Out for a standard jump (60-minute session), plus a snack and a drink in our cafe.
It runs Monday-Thursday (4pm-6pm) during term time only.

After Dark
In this session the lights go off and the music, lights & smoke machines come on. Big jumps and even bigger tunes play every Friday and Saturday between 6pm - 8pm.
