  • Animals: Come and meet our collection of friendly animals in their spacious enclosures - ranging from Alpacas to Zebu.  Some of the first animals you’ll meet are the meerkats – our mob is always up to mischief! Even on rainy days you can stay under cover and watch them having fun in their heated house. Don’t miss their daily feeding and keeper talk.
  • Birds: When entering the Zoo you are greeted by gobbling turkeys, noisy geese, ducks, chickens and bantams.  As you explore further you will discover many more exotic birds ranging from tiny finches to tall rheas.  Make sure you chat to the parrots and macaws - don’t forget George the Umbrella Cockatoorris the Myna Bird - they can whistle, dance and mimic lots of sounds and words, and love interacting with our visitors.
  • Gardens: Within the park you can enjoy a variety of gardens including the Formal Bird Gardens, hidden Secret Garden, and the interactive and educational Sensory Garden.
  • Play Park: Take a break while the children let off steam on the playpark.  They can test their skills balancing on the activity trail, climbing up onto towers and platforms, going down the slide and fireman’s pole, or just hide away in the tunnels and dens.

  • From the south and west head towards Filey and then follow the Brown Signs from the A165.
  • From the north head for Filey, and take the A1039 - we are the second property on the right, approximately half a mile from the roundabout.
  • From within Filey follow the signs for Scarborough – we are located on the left just outside the town boundary. 

By Public Transport:

  • There are Bus and Railway Stations within Filey town centre (1 mile from the Park).
  • The 12 and 13 bus routes go directly past our entrance.
  • When travelling from Scarborough (the north), please ask for the first stop in Filey, and walk back up the road to our entrance.
  • When travelling from Bridlington (the south), please ask for the last stop in Filey, and continue walking up the road to our entrance.
