Alive Adventures: At the heart of the awesome four-storey play frame, mini adventurers will find an exhilarating 450 degree spiral slide surrounded by cargo nets, a ball cannon arena and a thrilling sky glide ride with splat landing pad. The play frame is also jam-packed with challenging games and activities, climbing frames and super slides. Alive Adventures also has a specially designed toddler play area complete with shape sorters, bumpy slides and a dazzling interactive ball boggler for your little ones to enjoy.
Bowls: Top class bowls facilities are available at Lynnsport and Oasis, these can be hired by individuals, clubs and groups for competitions and fun days. Bowls Roll Up are extremely popular sessions are organised so you play with new players each week. Booking is advised and equipment is provided. Carpet bowls mats are available to hire on a block booking basis. Carpet Bowls teams also play in the league of the West Norfolk Carpet Bowls Association.
Swimming: At Alive we have 4 fantastic swimming pools for all ages and abilities to enjoy. Our swimming pools are a great place to jump in, keep fit, learn to swim, relax or keep the whole family entertained. Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, tone up and burn calories, and It’s low impact so there is less risk of injury and it’s great for rehabilitation. All of our pools run a varied swimming programme for all ages and abilities.
Gym: Alive Wellness have 5 fully equipped gyms, a full programme of fitness classes, alongside first class support, education and motivation to support you in your wellness journey, helping you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, whatever they may be. As an Alive member your journey starts with a FREE PT (personal training) session, designed to take into account your goals, current activity levels, and help you make the most of your time in the gym.

Exclusive use Alive Adventures parties: £220 for up to 29 people £250 for 30 to 39 people £280 for 40 to 49 people Stay for your birthday tea following your party in our Alive Café. Party sandwich boxes or hot food can be supplied at £5 per child. Or you can bring your own food and we will supply the party area at an additional charge of £25 for one hour (during centre opening hours) or £40 for one hour (out of centre opening hours).

Pool Parties : Pool parties are the perfect way for your children to enjoy their birthday, they can splash about in our fantastic leisure pool complete with slide! We offer two options for our swimming pool parties.
